The Environmental Division serves current and future residents by promoting a healthy and sustainable natural and built environment. The division is involved in stormwater quality, recycling, sustainability initiatives, tree protection, wetland protection and project review.
The city's Environmental Management Ordinance establishes the rules, regulations, and procedures related to protecting Woodbury's environment. The ordinance is divided into eight divisions, each covering a different aspect of the environment:
