Loan & Incentive Programs

Do you need home improvements but can't do the work yourself? Would you like to remedy a code deficiency or increase your energy efficiency? You may qualify for a City of Woodbury Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) loan program that will help finance the costs!

The maximum amount of these loans is $25,000 for standard improvements and there is also a $5,000 loan fund available for "green" improvements. The loan takes the form of a second mortgage behind a lender's first mortgage. For information regarding the income restrictions and other criteria of these programs, select the program descriptions below. Please note that program guidelines and income requirements are subject to change without notice.

Visit the Loan and Incentive Programs page for information about the Woodbury Home Improvement Fund and Woodbury Goes Green Program.
