Effective in 2010, the City of Woodbury became a direct recipient of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funds via the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
HUD funds are governed by an Annual Action Plan (AAP) with a July-to-June program year that identifies the specific projects in which the city is investing its allocation of CDBG and HOME funds.
The 2022 AAP governs the investment of CDBG and HOME dollars between July 1, 2022, and June 30, 2023, and was approved by the Woodbury City Council on May 25, 2022.
