Consolidated Plan

Effective in 2010, the City of Woodbury became a direct recipient of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funds via the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

HUD requires state and local governments to produce a five-year Consolidated Plan and annual action plans to receive funds from CDBG and HOME. This five-year plan must include several analyses including an Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing (AI), an analysis of low-income housing needs, the local housing market, and more.

Please feel free to review the 2020 to 2024 Consolidated Plan and for any questions contact Karl Batalden, the City's Community Development Coordinator via [email protected] or via telephone at 651-414-3438.
