Hasenbank Seeding Event

Tuesday, May 16, 2023

Join us, along with the South Washington Watershed District, for a seeding event at Hasenbank Woods on Tuesday, May 16, from 4-6 p.m. 

Volunteers will be working in teams, spreading woodland and savanna grass seed to start building soils and bring diversity back to the woodland. We scatter seed for an hour or so. The terrain is rough but mostly flat with lots of stumps and branches. Volunteers should wear long pants and rugged footwear.
