Do you have microphones in the rooms?: Valley Creek A and Valley Creek B Rooms have microphones. The Oak and Tamarack Rooms do not have an integrated sound system in the room.

Central Park Rentals

1. Can I reserve the indoor park for a photo shoot?: Central Park offers a unique, beautiful backdrop for family, wedding, or graduation professional photos. An hourly fee of $75 plus tax is available during our regular park hours.Call 651-714-3799 to learn more and reserve.

2. Do you offer linens?: Yes, we offer table cloths as well as napkins. Table cloths are offered in black, ivory or white. Napkins are offered in a variety of colors. Table cloths are $8 per table and napkins are $0.50 per napkin. There is a minimum order of 100 for napkins. Linens must be ordered at least 4 weeks in advance of your reservation to ensure delivery.

3. Do you have microphones in the rooms?: Valley Creek A and Valley Creek B Rooms have microphones. The Oak and Tamarack Rooms do not have an integrated sound system in the room.

4. Can I decorate the room I rented?: Nothing can be nailed, stapled, taped or tacked to the walls, ceilings, windows or doors using any type of product; this includes 3M Command Strips. No glitter, confetti, silly string, confetti filled balloons or piñatas, are allowed. Balloons on string are allowed as well as free standing decorations like pipe and drape. All items brought in must be removed or disposed of at the conclusion of the reservation.

5. Can I bring food?: Absolutely no homemade food is allowed. No food preparation is allowed on site. All food must be provided through a licensed establishment (this may include a licensed caterer, restaurant or grocery store).

6. Can I serve alcohol during my rental?: Alcohol is not allowed during reservations during our regular hours of operation. Alcohol can be served through our designated liquor provider during our private rentals from 5:30 p.m.-midnight. Alcohol is never allowed in parking lots.

7. Can I play music during my rental?: DJ’s and loud music are prohibited except during full facility rentals. Music is allowed with prior authorization from building staff.

8. Can I arrive early to setup the room?: You will be charged you for any time you are in the room including setup and clean-up. Please make sure to reserve the time you think you will need to setup as well as clean-up for your specific event.

9. Do the rooms have TVs?: We do have monitors that connect to your device with our ClickShare system in Valley Creek A and Valley Creek B. There are monitors in the Oak and Tamarack rooms that connect to your device with an HDMI cord. Please ask staff for more information on how to connect.

10. Do you have a kitchen?: We do have a kitchen. If you are renting Valley Creek B, you are allowed to use the refrigerator, countertops and sinks in the kitchen. The microwave and stove/oven are not to be used. Please confrim with staff that the kitchen is available for use with your rental if you are interested in using that space.
