We do have monitors that connect to your device with our ClickShare system in Valley Creek A and Valley Creek B. There are monitors in the Oak and Tamarack rooms that connect to your device with an HDMI cord. Please ask staff for more information on how to connect.

Yes, we offer table cloths as well as napkins. Table cloths are offered in black, ivory or white. Napkins are offered in a variety of colors. Table cloths are $8 per table and napkins are $0.50 per napkin. There is a minimum order of 100 for napkins. Linens must be ordered at least 4 weeks in advance of your reservation to ensure delivery.
Valley Creek A and Valley Creek B Rooms have microphones. The Oak and Tamarack Rooms do not have an integrated sound system in the room.
Nothing can be nailed, stapled, taped or tacked to the walls, ceilings, windows or doors using any type of product; this includes 3M Command Strips. No glitter, confetti, silly string, confetti filled balloons or piñatas, are allowed. Balloons on string are allowed as well as free standing decorations like pipe and drape. All items brought in must be removed or disposed of at the conclusion of the reservation.
Absolutely no homemade food is allowed. No food preparation is allowed on site. All food must be provided through a licensed establishment (this may include a licensed caterer, restaurant or grocery store).
Alcohol is not allowed during reservations during our regular hours of operation. Alcohol can be served through our designated liquor provider during our private rentals from 5:30 p.m.-midnight. Alcohol is never allowed in parking lots.
DJ’s and loud music are prohibited except during full facility rentals. Music is allowed with prior authorization from building staff.
You will be charged you for any time you are in the room including setup and clean-up. Please make sure to reserve the time you think you will need to setup as well as clean-up for your specific event.
We do have a kitchen. If you are renting Valley Creek B, you are allowed to use the refrigerator, countertops and sinks in the kitchen. The microwave and stove/oven are not to be used. Please confrim with staff that the kitchen is available for use with your rental if you are interested in using that space.
