New Resident Welcoming Event

Residents who moved to Woodbury within the last year are invited to join us for an evening meeting new friends, enjoying games and activities and connecting with city staff and non-profit organizations.
As part of the City Council’s initiative to foster an inclusive and welcoming community, we want to ensure that new residents know about the services and resources available from the City of Woodbury. We also want to provide an opportunity for new residents to receive information from non-profits that are affecting the community in a positive way on a daily basis.
Activities include:
- Multiple inflatables and bounce houses
- Meet Mayor Anne Burt and other members of the City Council
- Meet with community non-profit organizations
- Other kids activities and giveaways
- Concessions for sale at the sports center concession stand
- Meet with city staff and learn more about parks and recreation, public safety, development, communications and more!
