Hargis Parkway closures
Updated: Wednesday, October 19, 2016

Temporary lane reductions expected on Hargis Parkway Oct. 25

Motorists commuting to Bielenberg Sports Center and East Ridge High School Tuesday, Oct. 25, should expect to see temporary lane closures on Hargis Parkway.

The roadway will remain open but traffic will be reduced to one lane. Construction workers will be on site directing motorists between the first and second roundabout east of Radio Drive.

The closure will begin around 9 a.m. on Oct. 25 and is expected to last one working day, reopening to full traffic on Wednesday, Oct. 26, weather permitting.

The closure is needed to allow crews to install a water pipe extension under the roadway to Well 19, which is under construction on the south side of Hargis Parkway.

Further closure updates will be provided at the appropriate time.
