Woodbury uses a combination permit. The general contractor will pay for all permits (building, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc.) at the time the building permit is issued. Separate permits will only be required on jobs where there is no related building permit.
Please review the Commercial Permit Application form for required submittal information. Complete the application, including contractor and subcontractor information, and submit with the required plans for review. Small projects can be reviewed within a week. New buildings and large projects can take several weeks for review, once all of the required submittal information is received.
