Consolidated Plan

Effective in 2010, the City of Woodbury became a direct recipient of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funds via the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

HUD requires state and local governments to produce a five-year Consolidated Plan and annual action plans to receive funds from CDBG and HOME. This five-year plan must include several analyses including an Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing (AI), an analysis of low-income housing needs, the local housing market, and more.

Please feel free to review the 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan and direct any questions in writing to Karl Batalden, the City’s Community Development Coordinator via karl.batalden@woodburymn.gov or via telephone at 651-414-3438. The 2015-2019 Consolidated Plan will be in effect until June 30, 2020 after which the 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan will become effective.
